Raised by wolves? Maybe. Truly a jack of all trades, Tim has worked in over 10 career fields including using his B.S. of Chemistry (Indiana University) to become a Chemist at a huge pharmaceutical lab, not to be overshadowed by years of industrial plumbing in northern Illinois sitting in sewage tanks under McDonalds; purchasing high-fashion dog accessories for a catalog company; one year of high school teaching… the list goes on.

The best job would have been meeting Fin while running on-site parking for 30,000 person Warrior Dash events. Any girl who can work outside in the mud is worth perusing. The persistence quickly turned into a well known phrase by their friends spoken by Tim at their engagement party: “if you can’t woo them, wear them down”.

 About Fin

Fin’s name? Meet Allison Diemer. Called “Fin” by friends, her maiden name “Finney” has stuck with her through changing her name after marriage (to that guy on the left). Why is this 5’11” blonde fluent in Spanish you ask? Starting in 3rd grade in school, performing skits in Spanish class grew into Grad School in Applied Spanish Linguistics at Michigan State, which she quickly quit for a job opportunity at Red Frog Events in Chicago where she met Tim.

From “just friends” coworkers picking up parking lot garbage at events, to relocating and hiring Tim into a corporate position, to falling into an office romance signing a “relationship form”, to now over 5 years building a business together, Tim is always the best part of Fin’s work day.
